Refund & Return Policy

At CoreMend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your item.

1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return: To initiate a return, please contact us at

supportcoremend.co.uk@coremend.co.uk . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item is faulty.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.

In your email, please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • A photo or video of the damaged/faulty product

3. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (like food or plants)

  • Custom products (special orders or personalised items)

  • Personal care goods (beauty products, earrings, or intimate items for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items or gift cards

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

6. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

In accordance with UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. However, at CoreMend, we extend this peace of mind to 30 days to ensure you have the best shopping experience.
