Thank you for shopping with Rue Mireva. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day, which may add an extra day to the estimated delivery time.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer Tracked Shipping across the United Kingdom.
Shipping Method: Standard Tracked Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days
Shipping Cost: Free Shipping
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or customs processing outside of our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For UK customers, prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Rue Mireva is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order during or after shipping. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item(s) so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rue Mireva is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
