Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at CoreMend. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Tracked Shipping across the United Kingdom.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Tracked Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days

  • Free Shipping

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or courier delays outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our [Track Your Order] page.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our UK customers, prices are inclusive of VAT. CoreMend is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). (Note: Most orders fall under the de minimis threshold and do not incur extra charges, but it is important to state this for legal reasons).

5. Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at  supportcoremend.co.uk@coremend.co.uk

 within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
